Anaheim gathering set for Oct. 16-18 will unite 20,000 produce and floral professionals with next-gen tech, 1,000+ exhibitors, and high-impact networking across the global supply chain

Registration is now open for the International Fresh Produce Association’s 2025 Global Produce & Floral Show, slated for October 16-18 at the Anaheim Convention Center, where more than 20,000 buyers, growers, technologists and floral specialists from all 50 U.S. states and over 60 countries are expected to converge on what organisers describe as the world’s largest marketplace for fresh innovation.
Built to serve every link in the supply chain, the annual gathering has evolved into a launchpad for next-generation tech, new varieties and strategic partnerships; this year’s edition will again feature a multi-day expo with more than 1,000 exhibiting companies, high-impact networking receptions and targeted education tracks that promise practical take-aways for veterans and first-timers alike.

“Each year, the Global Show is intentionally designed to adapt to the industry’s needs, ensuring more value for our members and the entire fresh produce and floral sector.”
Jim Mastromichalis, Manager of Produce Merchandising
Comprehensive All Access Pass will give registrants entry to all general sessions, the Women’s Fresh Perspectives Breakfast, the welcome reception and the full expo, where pavilions dedicated to controlled-environment agriculture, packaging and digital traceability will sit alongside the flagship produce and floral aisles.

“Place to shape the future of fresh. Innovation and connection. Opportunities and possibilities. Bold insights and ideas. This is the one event that brings it all from cutting-edge innovations and solutions, new strategic partnerships, or leading trends in fruits, vegetables, flowers, and plants together for every segment of the global supply chain.”
Cathy Burns, IFPA Chief Executive Officer
The educational slate will include the popular State of the Industry address delivered by Burns, an Education Festival that clusters quick-fire seminars on marketing, category management and sustainability, and on-floor Food Safety and Tech X-Change hubs where researchers and solution providers share case studies in pathogen control and data integration.
A day-by-day agenda now posted on the event website shows programming that starts with board and council meetings on October 15 and runs through late-afternoon show-close on October 18.
Retailers regard the Anaheim stop as both scouting mission and strategy lab.

“As a retailer, the Global Produce & Floral Show is an opportunity to engage with potential and existing partners, and to gain insights that help shape our strategy for the year ahead. The energy on the Expo floor is unmatched, it’s where true innovation meets real solutions. Whether you’re looking to solve today’s challenges or get inspired for what’s next, this show delivers.”
Yan Branco, Director, Produce Sourcing Innovation & CEA Development
Organisers say the 2024 edition drew nearly 3,000 professionals with direct purchasing authority, and they expect that number to rise as technology suppliers and controlled-environment growers seek face time with buyers navigating cost inflation and evolving consumer expectations.
Start-ups, meanwhile, will pitch shelf-life-extension coatings, autonomous harvest platforms and AI-driven demand forecasts to an audience increasingly receptive to tools that cut shrink and labour costs.
Prospective attendees can secure hotel blocks, booth space and sponsorship packages through IFPA’s online portal, which also lists visa guidance for international visitors.
Student and young-professional rates are available to encourage the next generation of agrifood talent, while the association’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council will again host networking mixers aimed at first-time participants.
With registration now live and early-bird pricing in effect, industry leaders say the countdown to Anaheim has begun in earnest; the Global Show, they argue, remains the one calendar commitment capable of delivering both the fresh ideas and the personal connections needed to navigate 2025’s competitive landscape
