Twenty produce managers earn national recognition for merchandising ingenuity, customer service, and community impact ahead of their formal celebration at IFPA’s 2025 Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim
The International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) has announced the 20 recipients of the 2025 Retail Produce Manager Awards, an accolade that celebrates excellence within the produce industry.
These awards were presented at The Retail Conference and Golf Tournament in Dallas, TX, recognizing managers for their outstanding dedication to fresh produce, inventive merchandising, community engagement, and exceptional customer service.
Joe Watson, IFPA vice president of retail, foodservice, and wholesale membership, emphasized the significant impact these produce managers have on their communities.
He highlighted how their dedication not only boosts department performance but also leads to stronger, healthier communities.
Rossignoli noted, “We are proud to continue our support of this pivotal program that shines a light on the important role produce managers play in driving fresh innovation and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.”
The winners will be formally recognized at IFPA’s 2025 Global Produce and Floral Show, scheduled for October 16-18 in Anaheim, CA.
The awards program actively seeks nominations from industry peers who identify produce managers who consistently raise the bar on performance.
By integrating world-facing advocacy and industry-facing support, IFPA aims to bring the industry together to create a vibrant future for all.
The association represents a wide range of member companies, from small family businesses to the largest international corporations across the global fresh fruit and vegetable supply chain.
