Asia Fruit Logistica is on the horizon, set to take place from 3-5 September at Asia World-Expo in Hong Kong, marking its most international edition yet.
With the online ticket shop closing on 29 August 2025 (Hong Kong time), this is the final call for attendees to secure tickets at a significant discount of up to 40 percent compared to onsite rates.
Purchasing tickets in advance not only saves money but also allows visitors to skip the queues upon arrival, ensuring a seamless entry into Asia’s must-attend event on the global fresh produce calendar.

This year, Asia Fruit Logistica promises a diverse showcase with exhibitors from approximately 45 countries and regions.
The event will feature 26 national pavilions and introduce the First Timer Pavilion, a new addition for 2025.
This pavilion offers a high-visibility platform for businesses making their debut, including companies like IBA Industrial from Belgium and Vietsun Holdings from Vietnam.
Visitors can explore the full exhibitor line-up via the online exhibitor catalogue.
In addition to the exhibition, Asia Fruit Logistica offers a comprehensive knowledge-sharing platform through the Asia Fruit Knowledge Centre.
This dynamic hub hosts expert-led talks, panel discussions, and product showcases across three streams:
- Asiafruit Congress
- Asiafruit Business Forum
- Asiafruit Showcase.
Notable speakers include Dani Geng of Joy Wing Mau Group and Costa Group’s Peter McPherson, who will discuss developments in Asia’s booming berry business.
Further enriching the event are two newly introduced forums, the Frozen Fruit and Vegetables Forum and the Nuts and Dried Fruit Forum, featuring industry leaders such as Pamela Graviet from the California Walnut Commission.
Asia Fruit Logistica visitors will also receive an exclusive invitation code for the China Meet Up in Guangzhou on 8-9 September, offering a unique opportunity to connect with China’s top decision-makers.
As the event culminates in 2025, the Peru Meet Up in Lima on 28-29 October will connect Latin America’s fresh produce export trade with key buyers from Asia and around the world.
